CRESTWARD（個人開発者の屋号）は、次のアプリを提供しています。このポリシーは、これらのアプリで取り扱う情報と、その利用目的を説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報
分析とクラッシュ報告（両アプリ）
両アプリは、Google が提供する Firebase Analytics と Firebase Crashlytics を利用し、次の情報を Google のサーバーへ送信します。

広告（ArrowLoop のみ）
ArrowLoop は、Google の広告配信サービス Google AdMob を利用して、動画広告と全画面広告を表示します。広告の配信、効果の測定、不正の防止のために、広告の SDK が次の情報を Google へ送信します。
- 広告 ID、アプリセット ID などの端末の識別子
- IP アドレス（端末のおおまかな位置の推定に使われます）
- アプリの起動、タップ、広告の視聴などの操作の情報
- アプリと広告 SDK の動作に関する診断情報（起動にかかった時間など）
Bicoloop には広告の SDK を搭載していません。
端末内に保存する情報
ゲームの進行状況と設定は端末内に保存し、開発者のサーバーへは送信しません。ただし、Android の自動バックアップが有効な場合、アプリのデータが利用者ご本人の Google アカウントへバックアップされることがあります（開発者はこのバックアップを受け取りません）。
2. 収集しない情報
アプリから、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、連絡先、写真・動画を収集することはありません。GPS などによる正確な位置情報も収集しません。
ログイン、ユーザー登録、プロフィール、ユーザー投稿、アプリ内課金の機能はありません。
3. 利用目的
- 不具合やクラッシュの把握と修正
- ステージの難易度やヒントなど、ゲームの改善
- 広告の表示、効果の測定、不正の防止（ArrowLoop）
4. 第三者への送信
前項の情報は、分析・クラッシュ報告・広告配信のために Google へ送信され、日本国外（米国など）を含む同社のサーバーで処理されることがあります。広告に関する情報は、Google と、同社が広告の配信に利用するパートナーの間で共有される場合があります。
Google とその広告パートナーは、広告の配信と効果の測定のために、広告 ID などの端末の識別子や、端末内に保存する情報（ウェブの Cookie に相当するもの）を使って、情報を収集・利用することがあります。

5. 広告のパーソナライズと同意（ArrowLoop）
ArrowLoop の広告は、広告 ID などを使って、利用者の興味に合わせて表示されることがあります（パーソナライズ広告）。
- 欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスなど、法令で同意が必要な地域では、広告を表示する前に、Google の同意管理ツール（User Messaging Platform）で同意を確認します。同意の内容は、アプリの設定画面の「プライバシー設定」からいつでも変更・撤回できます（この項目は同意が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。
- 端末の設定で広告 ID をリセットまたは削除できます。削除すると、アプリは広告 ID を取得できなくなります。
6. データの保存期間
- Firebase Analytics：利用者単位・イベント単位のデータは、Google Analytics で設定した保持期間（最長 14 か月）が過ぎると削除されます。集計済みのレポートには別の期間が適用される場合があります。（Google Analytics のデータ保持）
- Firebase Crashlytics：クラッシュの記録と関連する識別子は、Google の説明では 90 日間保存されたあと、削除の処理が始まります。（Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティ）
- 広告に関する情報：Google のポリシーに従って保存されます。
- 端末内のデータ：アプリをアンインストールするか、アプリのデータを消去するまで保存されます。
7. 情報の安全管理
アプリから Google への送信は、暗号化された通信（TLS）で行われます。開発者は、アプリから送信された情報を自分のサーバーに保存していません。Google での取り扱いと安全管理は、同社のポリシーに従います。
8. 利用者ができること
- 広告 ID の管理：端末の設定から、広告 ID のリセットや削除ができます（設定の名前は端末によって異なります）。（広告 ID について）
- アンインストール：アプリをアンインストールすると、そのアプリからの新たな送信は止まります。すでに送信された情報がすぐに削除されるわけではありません。
- 問い合わせ・削除の依頼：下記の窓口へご連絡ください。送信される情報は氏名などと結び付けていないため、対象の記録を特定できない場合があります。
9. 子どものプライバシー
両アプリは全年齢で遊べるパズルゲームですが、13 歳未満の子どもを主な対象としていません。子どもの情報の取り扱いについて懸念がある保護者の方は、下記の窓口へご連絡ください。
10. このポリシーの変更
アプリの機能や情報の取り扱いが変わるときは、このポリシーを更新し、このページに改定日を記載します。

Privacy Policy

CRESTWARD, the trade name of an independent developer, provides the following apps. This policy explains what information these apps handle and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect
Analytics and crash reporting (both apps)
Both apps use Google’s Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which send the following information to Google’s servers.

Advertising (ArrowLoop only)
ArrowLoop shows video ads and full-screen ads through Google AdMob, Google’s ad service. To serve ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, the ads SDK sends the following information to Google:
- Device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID
- IP address, which may be used to estimate the device’s general location
- Interaction information such as app launches, taps, and ad views
- Diagnostic information about how the app and the ads SDK perform, such as launch time
Bicoloop does not include an ads SDK.
Information stored on your device
Game progress and settings are stored on your device and are not sent to the developer’s servers. If Android’s automatic backup is enabled, the app’s data may be backed up to your own Google account; the developer does not receive this backup.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The apps do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or videos. They do not collect precise location, such as GPS coordinates.
The apps have no login, registration, profiles, user-generated content, or in-app purchases.
3. How We Use Information
- To find and fix bugs and crashes
- To improve the games, including stage difficulty and hints
- To show ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud (ArrowLoop)
4. Information Sent to Third Parties
The information above is sent to Google for analytics, crash reporting, and ad serving, and may be processed on Google’s servers, including servers outside Japan such as in the United States. Advertising information may be shared between Google and the partners Google uses to serve ads.
Google and its advertising partners may collect and use information through device identifiers such as the advertising ID and through data stored on your device (the app equivalent of web cookies) to serve ads and measure their performance.

5. Personalized Ads and Consent (ArrowLoop)
Ads in ArrowLoop may be tailored to your interests using the advertising ID and other information (personalized ads).
- In regions where the law requires consent, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before showing ads. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Privacy Settings” on the app’s settings screen; this item appears only in regions where consent is required.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Once it is deleted, the app can no longer access it.
6. How Long Information Is Kept
- Firebase Analytics: User-level and event-level data is deleted after the retention period set in Google Analytics (up to 14 months). Aggregated reports may follow different rules. (Google Analytics data retention)
- Firebase Crashlytics: According to Google, crash records and associated identifiers are kept for 90 days before their deletion begins. (Firebase privacy and security)
- Advertising information: Kept according to Google’s policies.
- Data on your device: Kept until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
7. How Information Is Protected
Information the apps send to Google is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS). The developer does not store information sent from the apps on its own servers. Google handles and protects the information according to its own policies.
8. Your Choices
- Manage your advertising ID: You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings; the name of the setting varies by device. (About advertising IDs)
- Uninstall the app: Uninstalling stops that app from sending new information. It does not immediately delete information already sent.
- Questions and deletion requests: Contact us at the address below. Because this information is not linked to your name, we may be unable to identify the records associated with you.
9. Children’s Privacy
Both apps are puzzle games suitable for all ages, but they are not primarily directed at children under 13. Parents or guardians with concerns about a child’s information can contact us at the address below.
10. Changes to This Policy
When app features or data practices change, we will update this policy and show the revision date on this page.
